Bring a thick book or a fully charged phone battery. The waiting time is horribly long. At least a 30 minute long wait before the procedure each and every time. If you don't want to waist your time, please look for other clinics, there are plenty around offering the same services for the same prices. I got in here for the discount offer and I ended up losing tons of my personal time. Definitely the offer didn't worth the price paid in lost time. Or it was just me, the unlucky one...

The overall experience was ok with the exception of a sales technique i ve noticed, which made the place not somewhere i would go back to. At the end, you get told you need to buy two creams and asked if you want a bag, instead of simply being asked if you would like to buy them in the first place. This is probably a strategy across all Laserum stores, as I experienced a similar discomfort in Portugal too. You feel that you are disappointing the staff by rejecting their upsell offer and refusing to pay more on their products, which they start selling to you during the procedures. Wish management would realise this makes this experience less pleasant for the customer.

I've been there two times for a full body laser hair removal. The result was really bad. They would forget a lot of areas. I had patches with hairs and other without. It was really ugly. When I went the second time and I tried to ask for them to be carefull the lady who took care of me got upset and was even less carefull. I would like to add that they are rude and have 0 passions during the treatment. The lady was getting angry at me because it was too painful for me and I was moving to much. A last thing I would like to add is how they give you treatment without explaining you anything of how it works and without checking your skin and pilosity first. I choose this center because it had good rating but I really don't understand how they could get 4.8 starts. Honestly, to me all the comments look to be generated. I would suggest to people going there to be carefull if they go because they were convinced by the rating or even the prices. It's probably the cheapest laser center in the city but the treatments are even more cheaper. I would rather pay more and have someone profesional take care of me with good results.

Today Sara helped me. I loved his treatment and consideration...since certain parts hurt quite a bit. Thanks to his expertise the moment passed quickly. Thank you very much for your kindness. As always, good treatment, service and excellent price.

Just now I'm out of my second session. I am very satisfied, the treatment is great and dedicated. Exquisite punctuality. From the first to the second session I have noticed a significant decrease in hair, although I have never had much. They always notify you of the appointment more than 5-4 days in advance to prevent confusion and cancellations. In short, highly recommended
